The only information we ask our learners for is the information required to add them to our portal and to send out materials. Under no circumstances at all whatsoever, do we share ANY data with third parties unless previously agreed.

All data, including online accounts are deleted after one year of inactivity

All GCSE Astronomy learner data is deleted once they have sat their second exam, we wait a few months to see if they first wish to resit, before deleting their data.

The contact form we now use, does NOT story any data, any information harvested on the Google Form we once used is deleted once we’ve replied.

Any communications we send out via email, all emails are blind copied so no recipient can see anyone elses email address.
