In accordance to the distance selling regulations we have to offer a 14 day no quibble refund policy to all our learners on all our courses.
As discussed (and to be fair) we don’r count these days from where initial payment might be made, but from when the joining details are sent, if thats after 17:00, we count from the following day. This is is due to potential delays on our side, where for whichever reason we may not imediately be able to add learners.
Adding a learner involves a lot of admin. New learners need to be added to our system, our databases, tutors need to be informed and paid, with materials sent out. So the task of undoing all this is quite substantial. Unboarding involves the returning of any materials which must be in mint condition for a full admin refund to be made. We also make losses in platform fees, money we cannot reclaim. As such we believe if learners are not happy with a course they enrolled on, they will not be any happier at a later date, or on any other course we run, which means our policy on cancellations is, we do not allow re admittence.
Please note, refunds can take time to process and Paypal (the payment gateway we use to collect admin payments) can take as long as 20 working days from re crediting for a refund to the money actually landing in the account of the customer
As it stands we are one of the cheapest online providers for what we offer, and we believe the value for money that comes with our course far outweighs other offerings and we aim to keep our fees as low as possible. So this policy has to be put in place to protect that.
In summay, please be advised when asking to cancel either your GCSE Astronomy, Chemistry, or Maths programmes, that is it, you will not be admitted back.
